Access Multiple POP3 Accounts Through Your Crawler.com Webmail
March 21, 2006: Are you tired of monitoring several email accounts and checking each one for incoming messages? We have something for you! To help you solve this problem, we've developed an Crawler.com webmail feature that allows you to control all your POP3 email accounts in one place - your Crawler.com email account.
With this new Crawler.com feature you won't have to access your email accounts individually to read your mail anymore!
It's simple! Just go to your Crawler.com email settings, within the "Email Options" tab click on the "External POP3 Accounts" link and use the "Add new account" button to add each of your email accounts one by one to the list of monitored email accounts. Setup the added accounts just like if you were adding them to your mail client, such as MS Outlook. Learn how to setup your POP3 account...
To help you not lose track of where your messages came from, Crawler.com lets you manage folders where messages from email accounts that you specify will be automatically stored when you receive them. Learn how to create your custom folders...
Crawler.com gives you the option to leave copies of messages in your other email accounts or to conveniently download them all into your Crawler.com account and not leave copies in the old accounts anymore. If you want to keep a copy of downloaded emails in your other email account, you must select the "Leave a copy of downloaded emails on the server" checkbox when you're adding a new account.
If you want your Crawler.com email account to check your other email accounts for incoming messages, select the "Automatically check for new messages" checkbox. Even if select this, you can still check for incoming messages by clicking on the "Check now" link on your External POP3 Accounts list.
