SAN ANTONIO (Reuters) - A woman died when her car was washed off a bridge on Saturday as drenching rains in Texas spawned flood waters so powerful they swept a city bus off the street, San Antonio officials said.

A Memorial Day promise keeps the past alive and honors the dead
