Skins are a feature that add style to your Internet Explorer browser by displaying a different background appearance to the browser. This appearance is based upon pictures of your interest. Skins change the general appearance of the browser but not its functionality.
To enable skins, click on the Skins button and select the "Enable Skins" option.
