How do I setup the notification upon receipt of new email(s)?

Email Notifier allows you to setup the notification both for all email accounts associated with your Email Notifier and separately for each email account.

To setup the notification for all email accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Email" button and select the "Settings" option.

  2. Select the "Advanced Settings" tab and select the notifications you want to use.

  3. Click on the "Apply" button to make the change take effect.

  4. Click on the "OK" button to exit Crawler Toolbar Settings.

To setup notifications for single email account only, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Email" button and select the "Settings" option.

  2. Select the "Manage Accounts" tab, click on the email account for which you want to set the notifications and click on the "Edit Account" button.

  3. Click on the "Advanced Settings" button.

  4. Select the "Custom notification settings" option button and select the checkbox next to notification you want to use.

  5. Click on the "OK" button to get back to Email account edit form.

  6. Click on the "OK" button to exit the Email account edit form.

  7. Click on the "Apply" button to make the change take effect.

  8. Click on the "OK" button to exit Crawler Toolbar Settings.
