The online synchronization feature allows you to upload a copy of your desktop notes onto your Crawler webmail and access them on another computer that is connected to the Internet and has Crawler Toolbar installed.
If you select the "Enable online synchronization with selected accounts" checkbox in the Online Synchronization tab of Desktop Notes Settings, a copy of notes created on your desktop will be automatically saved in the Desktop Notes tab of your webmail and when you click on the "Synchronize Now" button on another computer, your notes will appear on its desktop just like as if you had created them there.
