Are you trying to log into your Crawler account and it still fails?

There may be several reasons why you can't access your account:

• Your account is not active.
  

  You need to activate your Crawler account by clicking on the "Email" button. Once you activate your account, you'll be able to access it not only using the Email Notifier, but also by logging in at www.crawler.com.

  

  If you haven't downloaded your email notifier yet, you can do so now. Use your login to access the download page and then follow these instructions:

  1. When the download dialog appears, click on the "Run" button.

     

  2. Click on the "Run" button.

     

  3. Click on the "Next" button.

     

  4. Select the "I accept the agreement. Install Crawler Toolbar on all user account on my computer." checkbox. Click on the "Next" button.

     

  5. Click on the "Finish" button.

     

  If your Email Notifier is not automatically preset, follow these intructions: How to setup Email Notifier...

• Your account has been automatically canceled due to inactivity.
  If you don't access your account at all for 3 months, it is automatically canceled. When you are trying to log into a canceled account, you will see this message above the login form: "Your account does not exist anymore. We are sorry, but your account has been canceled due to inactivity. However, your email address may still be available if you setup a new account."

  Even if your account has been automatically canceled due to inactivity, your email address may still be available. You can try to register it again. If it has already been taken by someone else, you may try to setup a similar one, i.e., if your email address was peter@crawler.com, you may try to setup peter1@crawler.com.

• You have entered an incorrect login or password.
  If you see this message above the login form: "Login failed. Please check your email and password and try again.", then you have probably entered your login or password incorrectly. Please check the following:

  • Is your Caps Lock enabled? If yes, disable it before you start typing into the login form.
  • What keyboard are you using? If you are using more keyboards, the location of certain keys may differ. Try to type your password into Notepad and then just copy it into the Password field.
  • Are you certain you have the correct password? If you are not sure, you may reset your password.

Still Didn't Succeed in Accessing Your Account?

If none of the tips listed above helped, you may contact our support. Our Customer Support representative will ask you several questions to verify that you are the owner of the account, and will tell you your login and password.
