If you cannot see the Search Toolbar, click on the "View" button on your browser, select "Toolbars" and click on the Search Toolbar option.

After I have installed the Search Toolbar, my other Toolbar have disappeared. How can I get it back?

You can view more than one toolbar at a time. To activate your other Toolbar, click the "Help" icon on your Search Toolbar, select "Settings" and click on "Show All Other Toolbars" and click "Ok". If they still don't appear correctly, click the "View" button on your Internet Explorer browser, select "Toolbars" and click on the name of the Toolbar you want to be displayed.

How can I find out when a new version is available?

At your option, the Search Toolbar can be dynamically upgradeable. This means that instead of you having to download a new version of the Search Toolbar whenever additional features or functionality are made available, these features will be automatically added. To change your settings, click on the "Help" icon on the toolbar and select the System tab.

When I try to install the Search Toolbar, it fails. What's happening?

Why do I get a Security Warning that asks me if I want to install and run the Search Toolbar?

Why do I get an Active X error message when I try to install the Search Toolbar?

If you have received an "Active X" error message it is probably because you have your Internet security settings on High. If your Internet security settings are on High, this will prevent you from downloading browser plugin software. To check your Internet security settings, please do the following:

  • Click the Tools menu on your browser
  • Go to Internet Options and click on the Security Tab
  • Click on the Internet icon in the window
  • If you see a sliding bar, move it to Medium
  • If you see Custom setting information, click on the Default Level button and then move the slider to Medium
  • Click OK
  • Install the Search Toolbar again
Where did I get your software from? I do not remember downloading it.

We distribute the software in a variety of ways and the most common way is for us to co-bundled it with another software application, such as File Sharing Software, Screensavers and other Shareware.
